Our in house fabrication team based here at Cropthorne have the knowledge & capabilities to do the following:
  • Fitment of new 400 Brinell hardness cutting edges & wear parts packages of your choice-Qualitough, ESCO, KMax, Combi or MTG Kingmet.
  • Conversion of bucket hanger brackets to allow fitment to new machines- rebossing, rehangering or moving of pin centres.
  • Gouging out & rewelding of cracks on buckets & attachments.
  • Repointing, repairing & modification of concrete pulverizers.
  • Reinforcment of buckets for work in more arduous conditions- fitment of thicker cutting edges & teeth, fitment of Armabar wear strips, fitment of strengthening gussets, fitment of sidecutter shrouds.
